PHP settings (magic_quotes, register_globals etc)

Versions 0.9.x and above require the following settings to be off:

register_globals
magic_quotes

Ladder support / development status

Support: Not responding currently. Sorry I am overloaded with commitments in my personal and professional life and unable to support the ladder until further notice.

Issues Database: Now on sourceforge. Please post enhancement requests and bug reports in the issue tracker.

Development: v0.9.0 - new version, new features, some bug fixes. This is an interim release moving towards a more extensible ladder system / CMS from v1 onwards. Development currently on hold.

Downloads: 0.8.3.x Development and support has now stopped. Download from Sourceforge if required.

Programming the ladder takes a lot of time and effort. It also costs quite a lot of money to host this site and the ladders on squash-ladder.net and sports-ladder.net etc. If you find the ladder useful please make a contribution of any size by clicking on the PayPal Donate button on the side of this page.

Entering Squash Results

When entering results on our newly-created PHP Squash Site, the site asks for the detailed scores for each set, for example a match won by 3 sets to nil should be recorded as 11-9, 11-7, 11-8. However, there are only two blocks to enter the score into, so we are obliged to enter the score as 3-0. The ladder then gets confised, recording this as a 1-0 win. I'm obviously missing a trick here ...

When using the onetimeinstall.php and following the instructions, it tries to take me to a non-existant directory called /site_admin/ladder_install

Problem installing multi ladder

I have a problem installing a multi ladder, i have made the changes to the connect.php, i named ,my ladder first, but when i go an try install/install2.php i get the following message :

Hello I am trying to get hold of the latest .9x version of the squash ladder but it doesn't seem to appear on this site or sourceforge.

User stevelco can't seem to login. I sent 2 new passwords via the link provided but says he is not receiving them.
