Challengee not get email that they've been challenged

I'm testing my ladder on sports-ladder.net/hardatwork.

When a challenge is made, the challenger gets email notification, but the challengee does not.

Is there some option I need to modify?

Hi. That shouldn't happen -

Hi. That shouldn't happen - the challengee should always receive an email. Is the email being caught in a spam filter? Do they receive an email if they themself make a challenge?
If still not working please can you log as a bug on the sourceforeg tracker?
