Rules Link

Hi. I've done a quick search to see if I can find this topic but couldn't find anything. The rules (abbreviated or full) lead to a dead link. I tried to change the code to my own web site link to the rules, but no luck there either. Please check it out and if you can and post the correct html since I've deleted it from the information page! :(
