Ladder back up but users cannot login

Hello, my ladder at sports-ladder.net/SquareD is back up after the upgrade but none of my users are able to login using their old usernames and passwords.

Can someone please look into this. Do we have to create new users?

I cannot get logged in as the administrator either.

Can't log in either

We have exactly the same problem (/DIDE) - neither users nor the administrator can log in. What can we do to fix it? The reply to the email our administrator sent said that we would have to wait at least 6 weeks for any help. But in the meanwhile, the ladder is completely useless if no one can log in.

Request a new password

Sorry the passwords didn't make it across. You can request a new password from the 'forgotten your password?' link on the login page.
