Problem

I added a new message, which i left on news.
I went back to the message to change it to announcements, but it will not let me submit, cancel or even delete as the page will not scroll sown any futher.
Now on the home page the news topics dont come up and you cannot scroll to the bottom.
the code in the message now reads the original messgae and the code for the bottom of the 'squash ladder page'. here is the message as it reads now without "<"'s as this will create it:

can anybody help?
is there an alternate way to delete this message?
I understand what it means, jsut not how to change and save it.
