Emails not being sent to newly registered users

I just had a ladder created at http://squash-ladder.net/infor. However, a number of users have registered, but have not yet received their registration confirmation emails.

I think I might know why this happened. Around the 3rd and 4th December the system sent out too many emails and exceeded my account's email limit so they never left the server. It looks like your players all tried to sign up at that time which is why they never received the emails. I will check but there were a whole host of failed deliveries at some point in the past and I suspect it was at that time. I have deleted them all from the applicants list so they should be free to sign up again.
