add availibility to challenge emails

It would be a nice add-on if the challenger could write a short note to the challengee in the inital challenge email, to explain when they can play. My experience is people are lazy and sometimes don't contact each other at all, and we get too many forefeits this way. Not that this would solve the problem, but it would eliminate finger pointing as to "who didn't contact whom." Thanks.
