deleted my admin name and password by mistake

I accidently deleted my admin name by mistake cant get in to the admin tools now. what can be done if anything

If you are on a hosted

If you are on a hosted ladder please email me. If it's your own installation you need to sign up as a player then use something like phpmyadmin to change the value 'type'in the players table to 5.

Deleted admin

I've stupidly done the same thing - deleted myself(admin) from my own ladder. Can i be reinstated as the admin please. I have already rejoined the ladder as a "player".
